Managing renewals for your book of business can be a monumental task if you don’t have all the data in the right place. This involves more than just a cookie-cutter approach - that’s where a dedicated, fully customizable renewal dashboard comes to the rescue. 

In this Blueprint, you’ll see an example of a “Renewal Journey” Dashboard that surfaces all the relevant information about an account’s renewal. This Dashboard is visible inside any Account 360 profile for Account Managers and CSMs to easily manage upcoming renewals without having to dig around for the data they need - it’s all available at a glance inside Vitally.

How This Blueprint Works

To get started, you’ll need to create a new Dashboard View from inside any Account 360. We’ve provided examples of Custom Widgets you can add to your own “Renewal Journey” Dashboard to surface critical data points about a customer, including:

  • Contract Details
  • Forecast Details
  • Forecasted Revenue
  • Renewal Deals
  • Relevant Notes
  • Project Progress

Customize these Widgets to surface the data that’s important to you. You can also set up this type of journey-based Dashboard for any stage of the customer lifecycle, such as onboarding or adoption. 

Pro Tip: Set default Views for your customer Segments so you’re always surfacing the most relevant, contextual data to where that customer is in their lifecycle.
