How can you customize this for other use cases?
This QBR Scheduling Blueprint uses Vitally Conversation Templates and User Variables (customer data points). All of these elements are customizable and can be edited to fit your particular use case and industry. For example, if you’re sending out an email about a user’s NPS response, you could automatically pull in their score by using the ‘Last NPS Score’ User Variable.
