When to use a Case Study Blueprint
This Customer Case Study Blueprint is great to use throughout the entire case study creation process. Teams can use it to house the core questions to ask a customer during a case study interview, record the responses to those questions right in the Doc, and even format the official outline of case studies for your organization moving forward. This template includes a sample introduction, to-do’s for the customer, case study questions, and links to other resources.

What data points or information will you need to complete or add?
This Customer Case Study template can be a great starting point for teams without an official process in place, but you will still need to customize the information to fit your team's needs. For example, you might have more specific questions you’d like to include in your case study interviews (e.g., What results did you achieve by using our product?). Additionally, you may want to pull in different Account Variables (customer data points) depending on what you’d like to display to the customer.
