Steve Jobs, the late co-founder of Apple, said it beautifully: “Work is going to fill a large part of your life. The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.”
Good work, especially in the Customer Success space, requires integrity, motivation, and empathy. But to do great work, whether you’re a CSM, leader, or VP, you’ll need…
- Tried-and-true expertise from years of experience
- Meaningful connections with other leaders in the field
- A place to bounce ideas around and discover innovative strategies
One of the best ways to go from good to great in your CS role (and really, any role) is to seek out learning and growth opportunities in the form of conferences.
Well, we’ve got good news: 2025 has a strong lineup of Customer Success conferences. Read on to see which Customer Success conferences we’re keeping an eye on in 2025, and be sure to visit Vitally's events page to see where we'll be next.

#3. Pulse 2025

Last year’s conference focused on “unleashing the power of your customers” with a focus on “making lasting connections and discovering the future of digital and AI.”
While they haven’t announced the dates for Pulse 2025 yet, the Gainsight team did share that they’d begin recruiting speakers in December 2024. So, keep an eye out for 2025 details, which we’d expect to be released soon.

An estimated 13,000+ SaaS executives, founders, and VCs will come together for SaaStr Annual 2025, a "festival-style" conference featuring three full days of tactical content, hundreds of workshops (including a growing Customer Success-focused track), and thousands of networking sessions.
The 2024 installment featured the very first SaaStr AI Summit and it’s back again this year! #7. The CS100 Summit
The CS100 Summit Customer Success Leadership Conference is a top-rated annual event hosted by ClientSuccess, with “thought-provoking keynotes, presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.” The VP of Customer Success at G2 has this to say about it:
“Having been in customer success for years, I have been tempted with the stupid thought that there aren’t any good, new ideas to improve our team’s and customers’ experience. CS100 shattered that thought, and I’m now sifting through my pages of notes, deciding what new ideas to test first.”
Here’s a promo video they created to showcase last year's conference with engaging speakers and out-of-the-ordinary networking excursions, including ziplining and horseback riding:
Who Should Attend?
The CS100 Summit offers a mix of “high-level strategy discussions with real-world applications” to give Customer Success leaders and practitioners a place to ask questions, learn from each other, and enhance their craft. In short, anyone who interacts with customers or leads a team of people who regularly manage customers is welcome.

Essentially, for a few days each year, Planhat opens its doors to a select group of individuals to give them an insider’s look into how Planhat runs. It’s definitely not your typical conference — it’s just as much about joining top CS players in hiking, surfing, yoga, and trail running, as it is about workshops and discussions.
As Planhat explains, Open 2025 is “a retreat away from the daily buzz: a rare sanctuary to collaborate and connect with industry leaders, without the fuss.”
