Vitally is honored to be listed among the companies making a significant impact on Customer Success for businesses of all sizes and industries.  

This year, more than 200 companies were nominated and then voted on by top SMBTech venture capital investors to create the SMBTech 50 list. The list demonstrates the sector's depth and breadth and the enthusiasm of venture capital investors for companies that are driving SMB innovation. SMBs represent more than 30 million small businesses in the U.S., encompassing roughly half of U.S. employment and representing 44% of GDP. Additionally, SMBs drive more than $180 billion in annual technology spending, ultimately highlighting the growing importance of SMBs in the economy.
